The 90 Minute Meeting
We start with a complimentary session. I learn about your business, walk you through the EOS Model, and answer your questions. You decide if EOS is right for you and if I am the right guide. - 02
Focus Day
We introduce core tools that help you get immediate traction, including the Accountability Chart and Rocks. Your team leaves with more clarity and a practical rhythm. - 03
Vision Building Days
Over two full days, we clarify your core values, core focus, and long term targets. The result is a simple, shared plan that everyone understands. - 04
Quarterly Sessions
Every ninety days, we step out of the whirlwind to review results, reset priorities, and solve your most important issues. This keeps your team focused and your plan alive. - 05
Annual Planning
Once a year, we meet for two days to zoom out, strengthen team health, and set direction for the year ahead. You leave aligned, energized, and clear on what matters most.
